Asked about how he came up with this exciting new concept, he said, “It was an idea I actually dreamt up after hearing clients common reasons for struggling with weight loss. I just thought, there must be a way to make keeping fit as fun as it is effective and to get rid of that egotistical atmosphere that people fear at the gym. At We Push Ducks, everybody uses their own body weight and no body gets busy comparing themselves to others because you would never be able to look in the mirror and do my activities at the same time.”

The story of "The Ugly Duckling", is the very reflection of our everyday lives but unlike the duckling in the story, you are not alone in this and collectively, we push each and every one of our flock to strive for more.
